Phoenicia University (PU) is a non-profit, private, and non-sectarian institution of higher education with its main campus located in the district of Zahrani, in the Southern Governorate of Lebanon, only a 40-minute drive from Beirut International Airport.

PU provides an outstanding level of education that prizes innovation in teaching, thus preparing new generations of students to emerge as leaders in their chosen fields, and who will go on to give back to society and build a better future for Lebanon and the region. This outstanding level of education is provided by faculty staff and overseen by deans who have been selected for their distinguished academic backgrounds and international expertise. PU is licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education to offer a curriculum across six colleges of education, which comprise the Colleges of Architecture and Design, Arts and Sciences, Business, Engineering, Law and Political Science and Public Health.

As a newly built university and campus PU offers quality facilities, which extend beyond classrooms, offices, labs, libraries and residential accommodation to encompass sports facilities, a landscaped garden of serenity, and more.

PU is highly committed to fostering an inclusive atmosphere in which people of varying physical abilities and socio-economic backgrounds can enjoy access to education, and in which a true community feeling is built on the basis of diversity.

Phoenicia University is currently in the process of actively seeking affiliations with reputable international organizations for its academic programs.
