Career Center Initiatives 

• Pioneer Placements
  Securing top-quality internship opportunities for women in male-dominated fields
  PU's Career Center works closely with employer partners to secure internship opportunities for female students in fields of Engineering and other technical disciplines. As part of this process, the Career Center coordinates directly with partner organizations on workplace logistics and accommodations, supporting a smooth and fully participatory experience for students entering site-based or technical roles.
• STEM Career Readiness Training
  PU provides specialized career guidance and readiness training for female STEM students, preparing them with the qualifications, professional skills, and confidence needed to compete for top internship opportunities and build lasting careers in technical fields.  
   

Career Support for Persons with Disabilities

In partnership with LWAH, PU launched the Workforce Program in December 2016 — the University's first step toward fulfilling the right to employment for persons with disabilities. The program bridges the gap between qualified candidates with disabilities and employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors. Since its launch, the Workforce Program has helped numerous individuals with disabilities secure meaningful employment, while encouraging partner organizations to adopt more inclusive hiring practices.
