Phoenicia University Signs MoU with the Beirut Bar Association
The Beirut Bar Association and Phoenicia University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on September 15, 2026, at the Beirut Bar Association in Beirut, establishing a framework for academic, professional, research, and institutional cooperation between the two parties.
The memorandum was signed by President of the Beirut Bar Association Mr. Imad Martinos and Phoenicia University President Prof. Imad Zbib, in the presence of Beirut Bar Association General Secretary Mr. Nadim Hamadé, Treasurer Mr. Labib Harfouche, and Dr. Dima Basma, Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at Phoenicia University.
The agreement aims to strengthen the connection between legal education and professional practice, while creating opportunities for greater cooperation between the University and the legal profession.
Under the MoU, both institutions will work to promote legal research, knowledge and expertise exchange, and the academic and professional development of students and lawyers. It also provides a framework for organizing joint activities and making mutual use of the academic and professional resources available to both parties.
Through this cooperation, Phoenicia University continues to strengthen the practical dimension of legal education by connecting students and academic work more closely with the professional legal community.
