Student Clubs & Societies

At Phoenicia University, student clubs are a vital part of campus life. Created and led by students, these clubs span a wide variety of interests—from academic and cultural topics to sports, arts, and social causes. They’re a great way to explore your passions beyond the classroom, connect with fellow students, and contribute to your personal and professional growth.

Clubs organize events and activities throughout the year, and all plans must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Student Affairs.

How to Join a Club
New members are welcomed during Clubs and Societies Day, held at the start of the fall and spring semesters. You can also reach out to the club president at any time during the academic term.

Start Your Own Club
Can’t find a club that matches your interests? You're encouraged to start one! To do so, complete the Club Initiation Form and contact the Student Affairs Office for next steps.

Organizing a Club Event
Planning an activity or event? Be sure to submit the Event Proposal Form in advance for approval.

Club Guidelines
All club members and leaders are expected to follow the Club Bylaws, which outline important policies and responsibilities.
